Head's Welcome

Dear Parents, Carers and Visitors,

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to Cuddington Primary School. As Head of School, I feel incredibly proud to be part of such a warm, caring and vibrant school community, where every child is valued, supported and encouraged to flourish.

At Cuddington, we believe that every child deserves the very best opportunities to learn, grow and discover their individual strengths. Our school is a place where children are encouraged to be curious, confident and ambitious, while developing the knowledge, skills and character they need to thrive both now and in the future.

Our school is built around three core values: Respect, Collaborate and Inspire. These values underpin everything we do. We teach our children to respect themselves, others and the world around them; to collaborate, listen and work together; and to be inspired to achieve their very best and to inspire others along the way.

We are incredibly fortunate to be set in the beautiful rural area of Cuddington, surrounded by wonderful countryside. Our own open green spaces and expansive school grounds are a very special part of life here at Cuddington supporting learning, exploration, creativity and wellbeing, giving our children opportunities to learn both inside and outside the classroom.

We are passionate about providing our children with rich and memorable experiences and opportunities beyond the classroom. We want our children to build experiences that broaden their horizons, develop their interests and create memories that they will carry with them throughout their school journey and beyond .  We encourage our children to develop confidence, teamwork and perseverance, while celebrating their individual achievements and discovering new interests and passions along the way...

Above all, we want Cuddington to be a school where children are happy, feel a sense of belonging and are excited to come to school each day. Our dedicated staff work together to create a nurturing, inclusive and ambitious environment in which every child can succeed. We know that children learn best when they feel safe, valued and understood, and we place great importance on knowing each child as an individual.

We are incredibly fortunate to have such a supportive partnership with our parents, carers and wider community. We believe that the strongest outcomes for children are achieved when school and home work together, and we warmly welcome your involvement in school life.

As you explore our website, I hope you gain a sense of the warmth, ambition and enthusiasm that makes Cuddington Primary School such a special place. Whether you are considering Cuddington for your child or are already part of our school family, we hope you find everything you need and, most importantly, get a real sense of what it means to be part of our community.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. We look forward to working together to ensure that every child at Cuddington has a happy, successful and inspiring school journey.

Warm regards,

Sarah Potter

Create Learning Trust

In education, teachers often talk about the moment when something 'clicks' for a child - when a concept is grasped, imagination sparked, or idea formed.
Create Learning Trust, a network of academies in Northwich, Cheshire, is committed to giving children and young people those moments. We embrace innovation, share best practice, and shape opportunities to create an environment that inspires both staff and students.
